If you believe a game published here infringes your copyright, send a notice to abuse@exekite.com including: the game's link, the work you believe is infringed, your contact details, a statement of good-faith belief, a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act, and your signature.
We remove games in response to valid notices and notify the creator, who may file a counter-notice.
